JOE SOLIMINE JR.

Joe, Jr. was born and raised in Pelham, attended Pelham Memorial High School and the close-knit community experience along with his natural talent for baseball led him to Fairfield University. He graduated in 1989 and was honored Athlete of the Year and All Northeast Region in baseball. Joe is still very active with the Alumni Association to this day and is founder of the Mike Andrews Memorial Scholarship fund. Mike was Joe's housemate and fellow teammate on the baseball team. He lost his life during the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks.

Among his fondest memories of Fairfield University are living at the beach and frequenting the Library...or the Grape.

Joe and other fellow alumni like to connect, attend and organize various Fairfield networking events and activities. Past events include: Mike Andrews Open & Scholarship, Alumni Association Events, Awards Dinners and other Fairfield University events.
